Al-iBDAA Academic Publishing, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in all aspects of the publication process. Our ethical framework is guided by internationally recognized best practices, including the principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).<\/p>

1. Responsibilities of Authors<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Originality and Integrity<\/strong><\/p>

  • Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been published elsewhere.<\/li>
  • Authors must ensure that their work is free from plagiarism, fabrication, and data manipulation.<\/li><\/ul>

    Authorship Criteria<\/strong><\/p>

    • All listed authors must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the research.<\/li>
    • Contributors who do not meet authorship requirements should be acknowledged appropriately.<\/li>
    • The order of authors must be agreed upon by all contributors.<\/li><\/ul>

      Transparency and Disclosure<\/strong><\/p>

      • Authors must clearly state all funding sources and any potential conflicts of interest.<\/li>
      • Ethical approval (for studies involving humans or animals) must be obtained and stated in the manuscript.<\/li>
      • Data used in the study must be accurate, available upon request, and presented honestly.<\/li><\/ul>

        Multiple Submissions<\/strong><\/p>

          Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>

          • Manuscripts sent for review are confidential documents and must not be shared or used for personal advantage.<\/li><\/ul>

            Objectivity and Fairness<\/strong><\/p>

            • Reviews should be unbiased, constructive, and focused on scientific merit.<\/li>
            • Personal criticism of authors is not acceptable.<\/li><\/ul>

              Conflict of Interest<\/strong><\/p>

              • Reviewers must decline assignments if they have any conflict of interest (financial, academic, or personal).<\/li>
              • Reviewers should only recommend citations when they are genuinely necessary to improve the manuscript, not to promote their own work.<\/li><\/ul>

                Timeliness<\/strong><\/p>

                • Reviewers should complete reviews by the agreed deadline or notify the editors if more time is required.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  • Decisions are not influenced by external pressures or conflicts of interest.<\/li><\/ul>

                    Fair Evaluation<\/strong><\/p>

                    • All manuscripts are evaluated fairly, regardless of the authors' nationality, gender, institution, or background.<\/li><\/ul>

                      Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>

                      • Editors must protect the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and reviewer identities.<\/li><\/ul>

                        Handling Misconduct<\/strong><\/p>

                        • Editors must act promptly on potential ethical breaches, such as plagiarism, data falsification, authorship disputes, or duplicate publication, following COPE guidelines.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                            Support for Ethical Standards<\/strong><\/p>

                            • Al-Ibdaa ensures that editors and reviewers have the resources and guidance needed to uphold ethical publishing practices.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
