Authors Guidelines

General Policy

Manuscripts submitted to Al-iBDAA Academic Publishing are accepted for review and potential publication under the following conditions:

  • The manuscript is not under review or consideration by any other publisher or journal.
  • The work has not been previously published in any form.
  • All authors have reviewed and approved the final version prior to submission.
  • All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scientific accuracy, originality, and academic merit.
  • Manuscripts must be submitted in English. Authors whose native language is not English are encouraged to obtain professional language editing to ensure clarity and readability.

Plagiarism and AI Use Policy

Al-iBDAA Academic Publishing requires that all submitted manuscripts contain original work and include appropriate citations for all referenced materials. Manuscripts must not exhibit plagiarism, duplication, or overlap with any previously published content. Prior to peer review, all submissions are screened using Turnitin plagiarism-detection software. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject any manuscript at any stage of the evaluation process if the similarity index exceeds 20%. Manuscripts that have been submitted or published elsewhere will not be considered.
Authors are further required to disclose any use of artificial intelligence (AI) or AI-assisted tools during manuscript preparation. While AI tools may be employed for limited functions—such as enhancing linguistic clarity—they must not be used to generate, interpret, or analyze the research itself. By submitting a manuscript to Al-iBDAA Academic Publishing, all authors affirm that the scholarly work, including its intellectual content, was conducted independently and not produced by AI systems.
